DESCRIPTION:Yankee Haulers Inc presents\nMorrinsville Motorama\nHere we come Morrinsville Motorama 2020! \nThe annual event organised each year by the Yankee Haulers for all petrol heads is just around the corner\, coming loud and fast. \nMorrinsville Motorama 2020 will be the weekend of the 8th and 9th of February 2020\, a fun-filled weekend with a little bit of something for everyone with proceeds going to charity. \nMotorama starts off on Saturday with a Mystery Cruise that will take you out of town to a variety of locations\, with a scavenger hunt along the way. At the end we go back to The Top Pub\, Morrinsville for a mini-prizegiving for the day with food and drinks. We will begin gathering along Moorhouse Street in Morrinsville at 11:00AM where information for the scavenger hunt will be handed out and once it hits 12:00PM we hit the road. \nTo finish the day there is a Drive-in Movie\, gates open from 6pm at the Morrinsville Recreation Ground. The drive-in movie has been hugely popular over the years\, with a different theme from one year to the next. There will be some food stalls and entertainment on the night and any movie selections we make are family-friendly\, so it’s a great night for mum\, dad\, and the kids. \nFor more information about Saturday’s events see the Motorama Saturday page. \nOn Sunday every car\, truck\, and motorbike from all walks of life come out for the Morrinsville Motorama Automotive show\, if it’s petrol and runs\, bring it down! Entry to the show is from Avenue Road and there will be sections for swappers and trade stalls\, show vehicles\, and an area for public parking. Entry to the event will be cheaper if you use the on-site parking we have on the grounds for visitors ($10 for everyone in the car vs. $5 for each person) so we advise against parking on the street outside the venue. Entry for motorbikes is $5 per bike. Please have your entry fee ready when you get to the gate! \nWe will have games and activities for kids\, live music\, food stalls\, a swap meet\, and trade stalls.  \nAt midday we will spice things up with our own Miss Retro Motorama just before prizegiving. The competition is open to all ages. \nFor all information regarding Motorama on Sunday\, Miss Retro Pageant\, and information for swappers and traders interested in having a stall on the day\, please visit the Motorama Sunday page. There you can find the details of who you will need to contact and how\, along with times for the Miss Retro pageant and entry details for those interested.

DESCRIPTION:Mornington Tavern presents\nCharity Car Run\nGet your mates together and enter your car in our Charity Car Run! A fun day out where you will be given clues to get to locations on one of our chosen runs! Afterwards there will be a prize-giving in Venue on Mailer & Livewire Band NZ will play.\nOur courtesy coach will be available to pick people up at selected times to come to prize-giving.\nEntry is $60 per car which you will receive a t-shirt (limited numbers & sizes)\, a goody bag & entry into the prize draws. DESCRIPTION:Sulphur City Hot Rod & Custom Club present\n\n\n\n\nCarz Camp\n\n\n\n\nSulphur City’s Rod Run is based at the Okataina Educational and Recreational Facilities \nThe camp is set in Department of Conservation Reserve Land. The bush setting has Lockwood style dormitories and ablution blocks. No pets allowed in the area. Children could bring a torch and warm clothing to go for a night walk to see glow worms. \nThe Dormitories are divided into blocks of four bunks. Mattresses are provided but all other linen is necessary including pillows/sleeping bags. Warm bedding will be needed if the weather is cold. Separate toilet\, shower and changing blocks are close by. \n\n\n\n\nBring your own caravan or tent (No power to the sites)\nIf you require a caravan\nPh Ace Caravans\, Cliff & Tina 07 343 7570 \nAll meals will be catered for while at the camp. Tea and coffee will be available all weekend from the kitchen. \nCash bar on site – usual cheap club prices
